Persistent meeting links

A personal room for each teammate, shared rooms for Support or Sales, and one-time links that close when the session ends.

Waiting room and host controls

Guests wait until a host admits them. Hosts can remove people, rotate the link, or end the call for everyone. Up to 10 people per room.

No-download guest join

Guests open the link, type their name, and they’re in. Camera and mic preview before they knock.

Recording with consent

Hosts start recording; every participant is asked, and late joiners are asked too. Declines are respected, and artifacts stay private with a 30-day retention default.

Transcripts and AI summaries

Recordings become searchable transcripts and a clear meeting summary generated from the transcript.

Logged to the contact

Every meeting appears on the contact’s timeline in Yobi’s CRM, or in an unclassified inbox for triage when you didn’t attach a contact.

Follow-up email opt-in

Send guests the recording and summary links from Yobi Notetaker, only when you turn it on.
